Refund policy

At Saroki jewels, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes 
things may not go as expected. To ensure a smooth experience, we offer a 4-day return policy
under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility:
1. Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 4 days from the date of delivery.
2. Unboxing Video is Mandatory:
- A clear and continuous unboxing video (starting from the sealed outer package) is mandatory to
process any return or claim.
- The video must show the product being opened without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
- This helps us verify the authenticity of your claim and ensures transparency for both parties.
3. Product Condition:
- The jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All tags, certificates, packaging, and accessories must be returned along with the item.
Returns Not Accepted If:
- The unboxing video is missing or incomplete.
- The product shows signs of usage or damage not reported in the video.
- The request is made after 4 days of delivery.
- The item was purchased under a final sale or clearance category (if applicable).
How to Request a Return:
1. Email or WhatsApp our customer care within 4 days of delivery.
2. Share your order ID and the unboxing video.
3. Once approved, we will coordinate a reverse pickup or provide return instructions.
4. After the product is received and verified, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7working days.
Note: We reserve the right to reject a return request if the product fails quality inspection or the
return guidelines are not followed.
